How it all works:

• We begin with a week-long virtual retreat (you can do it from anywhere!).
• We meet for 2 hour sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday…adventuring deep into the Wilderness of Your Being for big destruction, healing and creation. There will be 30 minute check ins on Tuesday and Thursday.
• After the week together there is a 32 day guided journey via email to help you bring what you experienced out into the world and woven firmly in your life.
• 3 thirty minute phone sessions during those 32 days for additional support and processing.
• 90 minute wrap up session end of the 32 days in service to anchoring the experience even deeper.

Working with Jo Anna in various ways over the past 5+ years has changed my relationship with my life and myself (and by extension, all those around me) completely for the better. The Root Core Crown experience - 40 comprehensive and immersive days with this magnificent powerhouse of a guide, companion, wizardess, and healer - was transformative. While often challenging (what real inner work isn't?), it was fascinating and downright delicious, too. 

Jo Anna was devoted, sensitive, clear, non-judgmental, smart, intuitive, and catalytic. We unearthed the roots of what was really calling to be shifted and cultivated - not necessarily what I thought it would or should be. With Jo Anna's help - mystical, practical, and wise - we quickly pulled the roots, lifted out of the old grooves I was so entrenched in, and started digging new intentional grooves. The roots that were pulled stayed pulled, too, which feels miraculous. By the end, I was living more free, fully Me, and in my power. 

Everything drew from and was woven into my "regular life." Mystical did not mean disembodied or escapist. 

When we completed, I felt equipped, even keen, to continue to explore, discover, and grow on my own. I particularly appreciated that Jo Anna always sought to empower me to step into my own sovereignty and inner guidance. She had no hidden motive to foster dependency. If anything, she seemed eager to see me fly on my own power out of the nest she had lovingly nurtured me in during the adventure.
